Lisa Barrows

Having grown up in AZ and CA Lisa has made CA her permanent residence since 2003 where she pursued her education in the legal field. She began her studies in the paralegal program at Fullerton Community College and later continued at Summit Career College, where she earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2009.

Her career began with an internship at a bankruptcy firm, but it was in the field of estate planning that Lisa found her true passion. For over 10 years, she has dedicated herself to working in estate planning, an area of law she deeply enjoys. Lisa thrives on continuing education, embracing challenges, and expanding her knowledge to better serve clients and support the legal community.

Beyond her professional life, Lisa is married and is the proud mother of three children and grandmother to four grandchildren. She values family deeply and balances her professional dedication with a strong commitment to her loved ones.

Thomas Castro, J.D. 

Thomas earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Biola University and went on to complete his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School’s evening program in May 2025 while working at Castro Law for the past five years. Thomas is currently awaiting results from the July 2025 California Bar Exam. Having learned the law both through formal study and real-world experience, he brings a practical and compassionate approach to serving clients. Thomas is especially passionate about guiding individuals and families through complex legal matters, particularly in probate and estate-related issues. He is committed to bringing clarity, empathy, and determination to the process, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Michelle Southall

Michelle Southall has nearly two years of legal experience in corporate compliance, estate planning, probate, and trust administration, underpinned by two decades in corporate management and nonprofit leadership. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to client service. As Co-founder and Volunteer Director of Charity On Wheels, she aids those experiencing poverty and homelessness. Her broad background in law, leadership, and philanthropy makes her a valuable asset to both the team and clients.
